Pakistani citizens living in the United States are not on Uzbekistan's visa-free or e-Visa lists and need a consular visa: an inviting party in Uzbekistan obtains an MFA visa confirmation, then you apply at the Uzbek Embassy or Consular Office in the US with jurisdiction over your state of residence, with your passport, forms and photos.

Pay the consular fee — from USD 40 (single entry, up to 7 days) to USD 160 (single entry, up to 1 year), or USD 40 for a 30-day tourist visa — and collect your visa. Your passport must be valid at least 3 months longer than the visa.
