When to start

The DNM's official visa-regime table lists your nationality as requiring a visa for tourist entry to Argentina, so you must obtain a consular tourist visa before you travel — the authorized stay is a maximum of 90 (ninety) days.
Tourist visa applications may be submitted to any Consular Office of the Argentine Republic; it is not mandatory to apply in your country of residence. Prepare an original and a copy of each required document.
All visits to the Consular Section must be scheduled in advance by email. On first contact, indicate your nationality, purpose and duration of your trip so the Embassy can inform you of the appropriate process and the required documentation.
The consular interview is granted within one week of you confirming by email that you have all the necessary documentation. Applications with incomplete documentation may result in the immediate denial of the application.
All visa applications require at least 25 days for processing from the date of the consular interview. Meeting all the requirements does not guarantee the granting of a visa.
What you'll need
- Valid passport — Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entering Argentina, with at least two (2) blank pages. ✓ verified

- Proof of income — Proof of income — for example your last three pay slips, your last credit card statement or your last bank statement. ✓ verified
- Round-trip reservation — A round-trip reservation. Recommendation: do not purchase tickets before obtaining the visa. ✓ verified
- Hotel reservation and itinerary — A hotel reservation and itinerary. If no hotel reservation has been made and an individual in Argentina has extended an invitation, a letter of invitation instead. ✓ verified
