The DNM's official visa-regime table lists your nationality as requiring a visa for tourist entry to Argentina, so you must obtain a consular tourist visa before you travel — the authorized stay is a maximum of 90 (ninety) days.
Tourist visa applications may be submitted to any Consular Office of the Argentine Republic; it is not mandatory to apply in your country of residence. Prepare an original and a copy of each required document.
