Standard Visitor visa: St Lucian citizen β United Kingdom
You need a Standard Visitor visa
For tourism, visiting family and friends, short business trips, conferences, short courses (up to 6 months), private medical treatment and permitted paid engagements.
The bottom line
- The UK requires St Lucia passport holders to get a visa before any visit, no matter where in the world they live. (Officially: St Lucia is on the Home Office's list of nationalities that always need a visit visa.)
- How long you can stay: Usually up to 6 months per visit.
- You cannot work for a UK employer, get public funds, or live in the UK through frequent visits.
- Long-term (2, 5 or 10 year) visit visas are available for repeat travellers, still max 6 months per visit.
