Serbian citizens need a Malaysia eVISA — apply online on the official portal, then submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card before arrival. If you live in the United States, the process is identical — it is applied for online wherever you are.

Pay the eVISA fee online (varies by nationality). Fees are non-refundable if the application is rejected.
Within 3 days before arrival, complete and submit the mandatory Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC).
