台湾各类签证路径全解析

台湾为每种目的都设有对应的签证路径——约60个国籍可免签入境14至90天，其余大多数须在线申请访客签证后递交驻外馆处，另有六个东南亚/南亚国籍可改用免费的线上入境许可证（TAC）。中国大陆、香港及澳门护照持有者则完全适用移民署另设的入台证制度。提供经核实指南的路径会直接跳转至指南；其余路径则链接至外交部领事事务局官方页面。

Visitor visa / visa-exempt entry

Short visits for tourism, business or family/friends. Around 60 nationalities enter visa-free for 14–90 days; the rest complete the online application form (visawebapp.boca.gov.tw) and lodge a Visitor Visa at an R.O.C. overseas mission. Visitor visas cover stays of up to six months.

其他途径

Travel Authorization Certificate (TAC) — online

Free online authorisation from the National Immigration Agency for citizens of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam who hold qualifying documents (e.g. valid visas or residence documents of certain other countries) — an alternative to the consular visitor visa.

Landing visa

Visa granted on arrival in limited cases — e.g. nationals of visa-exempt countries travelling on emergency or temporary passports (US passport holders excepted, who remain visa-exempt). Granted at the discretion of the border authorities.

PRC, Hong Kong and Macao travellers — entry permit (separate system)

Holders of PRC, Hong Kong and Macao passports do not use BOCA's visa system (the online visa forms explicitly exclude them). They apply for an Exit & Entry Permit through the National Immigration Agency's own online systems.
