The row "Russie" in the Tunisian MFA's visa-regime table shows "Visa d'entrée en Tunisie: NON" — no entry visa is required for Russian passport holders, and the MFA portal lists Russia among nationalities exempt for stays of up to 90 days.
Entry can be refused if you cannot show a confirmed hotel booking or the address where you will be staying — book before you fly and keep the confirmation with you.
At the border, every foreign national must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry — present it with your hotel confirmation and receive your entry stamp.
