Assemble your passport, photo, completed application form, a 3-month bank statement showing at least 500,000 THB, 6 months of income proof, and remote-work evidence (employment contract + company registration, or a freelance portfolio).
Complete the DTV application form and submit it with your documents, either at the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate covering where you live or online via the Thai e-Visa website. You cannot apply for the DTV from inside Thailand.
Pay the DTV fee — 400 USD (some missions charge a local-currency equivalent such as 350 EUR or £300).
Wait for the embassy to process your application. Incomplete or unauthenticated documents will delay the visa processing time.

- Employment contract / certificate — A foreign employment contract or employment certificate, authenticated by the embassy of the country where the company is located (employed remote workers). ✓ 확인됨
- Company registration — A copy of the company's registration / business license, authenticated by the embassy of the country where the company is located. ✓ 확인됨
- Proof of residence — Evidence of prolonged residence in Thailand for at least 6 months, e.g. a condominium rental or lease agreement. ✓ 확인됨

- You cannot apply for the DTV from inside Thailand — apply from a country where you legally reside.
- Documents issued outside Thailand usually need authentication/legalisation by the relevant embassy before submission.
- Each Thai mission may ask for more than the 500,000 THB minimum or extra evidence — confirm with your local embassy.
