China citizens need a B/2 visitor visa before travelling to Israel — the official State of Israel visa table lists China passports as "Required". You apply in person at the Israeli mission serving your country of residence: book an appointment, bring the completed Visa Application Form and supporting documents, and pay the consular fee.

The official State of Israel B/2 visa table lists China passports as "Required" — you must obtain a B/2 entry visa before travelling to Israel. The B/2 covers a short stay for visiting, touring, medical tourism, business or short non-academic study.
Schedule an appointment in advance at the Israeli embassy or consulate serving your country of residence. Appearance in person is subject to the discretion of the consular representative.
Complete and sign the Visa Application Form and assemble the required documents. Before coming to the mission, make sure you have all of them with you.
