Filipino fiancé(e)s of US citizens use the K-1 visa to travel to the US to marry — the US citizen sponsor first files Form I-129F with USCIS; after approval the case goes to the National Visa Center, then you complete the DS-160, have a medical exam, and attend an interview.

The K-1 nonimmigrant visa is for the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) of a US citizen who intends to marry that US citizen.
The US citizen sponsor must file Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), with the USCIS office that serves the area where they live.
After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC) for further processing before your interview.
You must undergo a medical examination which must be performed by an authorized panel physician.
