Indian citizens living in the United States need a UK Partner/Spouse visa — apply online on gov.uk and give biometrics at a UK visa application centre in the United States.
A UK family visa to live in the UK with a partner or spouse who is a British or Irish citizen or settled in the UK. Granted for 2 years and 9 months when you apply from outside the UK.

Both you and your partner must be 18 or over, and your partner must be a British or Irish citizen or settled in the UK.
You and your partner usually need to prove your combined income is at least £29,000 a year (you may be able to use savings instead).
Unless you are exempt, you must pass at least level A1 on the CEFR scale or hold a degree taught in English.
Complete the online family visa application as a partner or spouse and pay the fee.
Book and attend an appointment at a UK visa application centre to provide your fingerprints and a photo. Take your passport — you'll usually get it back the same day.

- できるだけ早く申請してください。出発の最大6か月前から申請可能です。1〜2か月前まで待つと、枠がまったく残っていないことがほとんどです。
