Philippine passport holders (ordinary passports — diplomatic and official/service passports are excluded) are eligible for Taiwan's visa-exemption program with a stay of up to 14 days, currently effective until July 31, 2026.
Carry a confirmed return or onward air/sea ticket (with a visa for the next destination where needed) and a confirmed seat reservation for your departure flight.
Filipino passport holders must additionally carry proof of an accommodation (hotel) booking, the contact information of a host or sponsor, and evidence of sufficient travel funds.
Complete the National Immigration Agency's online immigration arrival card at twac.immigration.gov.tw within seven days before you arrive in Taiwan.
You receive your visa-exempt entry at the border. The duration of stay starts from the day after arrival and is not extendable; you must depart by the end of it. Immigration officers at the port of entry make the final decision.

- 予約枠は公開スケジュールなしでバッチ単位で解放されます。多くの場合、現地の早朝、月曜日の午前中、毎月1日前後に解放されます。
- 人気のある領事館(大都市のフランス・イタリア・スペインなど)では、新しい枠が数分でなくなることがあります。事前に登録・ログインした状態で確認してください。
- キャンセルにより日中も枠が空くことがあるため、「空きなし」と表示されていても毎日確認してください。
- できるだけ早く申請してください。出発の最大6か月前から申請可能です。1〜2か月前まで待つと、枠がまったく残っていないことがほとんどです。
知っておくと便利
- The exemption is a dated program — currently effective until July 31, 2026; re-check the official BOCA page before you book.
- Diplomatic and official/service passport holders are excluded from the exemption.
- Vessel/aircraft crew members or service personnel boarding to report for duty are ineligible for visa-exempt entry.
- The 14-day stay starts the day after arrival and cannot be extended.
- Complete the online immigration arrival card (twac.immigration.gov.tw) within seven days before arriving.
