Malaysia is not on ICA's list of visa-required countries and places, so Malaysian citizens do not need a Singapore entry visa for a short social visit — the visa requirement only applies to travellers holding documents from the listed countries.
Make sure your passport has at least 6 months' validity, and carry sufficient cash and proof of onward travel for your visit.
Submit the SG Arrival Card with the electronic health declaration on ICA's official e-service — it can only be submitted within 3 days (including the day of arrival) before you arrive, and submission is free.
At the checkpoint you present your biometrics for immigration clearance and ICA grants your Visit Pass, which sets how long you can stay — do not stay beyond its validity.
