Visit (visa-free with US residence):インド → ペルー
Indian citizens who hold a valid US visa or US permanent residence permit may enter Peru visa-free for up to 180 days — no Peru visa needed. Peru's Ministry of Foreign Affairs exonerates Indian ordinary-passport holders from the tourist-visa requirement provided they hold a US (or Canada/UK/Australia/Schengen) visa valid at least six months, or permanent residence there. There is no Peruvian visa-centre step in the United States and no trip to the Embassy in New Delhi — you are admitted as a tourist directly at the Peru border. Just carry your passport (valid 6+ months) and your US visa or green card, and be ready to show onward travel and funds.
Indian ordinary-passport holders who hold a valid US visa (valid at least six months) or US permanent residence are exonerated from Peru's tourist visa and enter visa-free for tourism — no visa, e-visa or visa on arrival. Tourist stay up to 180 days, non-extendable, within 365 days from first entry.

Peru's official MFA visa-exoneration table for ordinary passports states that Indian ordinary-passport holders may enter Peru without a tourist visa provided they meet at least one condition: (a) hold a visa valid for a minimum of six months for the United States (or Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or a Schengen State), OR (b) hold permanent residence in the United States (or one of those). A valid US visa (6+ months) or US green card qualifies you — you enter as a tourist without any Peruvian visa and without the New Delhi Embassy application.
Bring the qualifying document itself: your US visa valid for at least six more months, or your US permanent-residence card, together with your valid ordinary passport. Migration officers rely on this to admit you visa-free, so it must be valid and current for the whole visit. Also make sure your passport meets Peru's minimum six-month validity.
Be ready to show, at the border, proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds for your stay, plus proof of accommodation. You do not apply for anything in advance — admission is decided by the migration officer on arrival.
Go to the Migraciones control module to register your entry — present your passport and your qualifying US visa or residence card. Your Andean Virtual Migration Card (TAM) is created automatically and records your authorised stay of up to 180 days, non-extendable within 365 days from first entry. Do not exceed it: overstaying incurs a daily fine of 0.1% of the Tax Unit (UIT).

管轄地区のセンターで申請No visa and no visa centre: because you qualify for Peru's US-visa/US-residence waiver, living in the United States means you skip the consular tourist-visa route entirely — no in-person application at the Embassy of Peru in New Delhi. You are admitted as a tourist directly at the Peruvian border on arrival, with no Peruvian visa-application-centre step in the US. Your qualifying US visa (valid 6+ months) or US permanent-residence document must be valid for the whole stay.

知っておくと便利
- This visa-free entry depends on your US visa or US residence being valid for the whole stay — if it lapses you fall back to the normal Peru consular tourist-visa route (in person at the Embassy of Peru in New Delhi).
- The US visa must be valid for a minimum of six months to qualify under Peru's waiver; a US permanent-residence card also qualifies.
- The waiver also accepts an equivalent Canada, UK, Australia or Schengen visa (6+ months) or permanent residence — but this pathway assumes you are using your US status.
- Visa-free admission is for tourism only — it does not let you work or take up paid local employment.
- Your passport must be valid at least six months, or you will be refused entry.
- Do not overstay your authorised 180 days — Migraciones charges a daily fine of 0.1% of the Tax Unit (UIT) for each day of excess stay.
- Visa-free status does not guarantee entry — the migration officer at the border makes the final decision and records your authorised stay.
