You must hold a degree from a university of recognised prestige, or have at least three years of professional experience, to qualify for the telework residence visa.
Assemble a valid passport, photo, proof of financial means (200% of the SMI per month), public or private health insurance, a criminal-record certificate plus a responsible declaration, and proof of legal residence in the consular jurisdiction.
Present your application in person or through an authorised representative at the Spanish Consulate General in Moscow with a prior appointment.
A decision is issued within 10 days of the day after submission. If favourable, collect the visa within one month of the day after notification.
